For a healthy body and sound mind, sports play a pivotal role in a person’s life. Sports doesn't seem much important for the people who keep on running behind marks but sports is the career for many people.

Why sports are important for students. This is the question every student asks nowadays. Children join teams and make friends, and isn't that just a great thing, to know. Players on a team often grow close and form lasting bonds, bonds that can support students well beyond high school or college.

A lot of people might disagree with this, but it is a matter of perspective. The statement sounds a bit controversial. Team sports provide an arena for teaching important lessons and life skills beyond the classroom.

Engaging in sport is important for more than just physical fitness. In addition to that, exercising is a great way to get out of the stressful college life that is all about homework, presentations, and group projects. Many students spend a lot of their days sitting.

Any physical activity will make the students very activ. Yes, we should encourage sports in all kinds of schools as it is also a part of education called as “physical education”. According to me sports play a crucial role in students life.

There are several reasons for this. Sports like tennis, baseball and basket ball requires lot of physical fitness that helps in proper grooming and growth of body. Given below are the reasons why sports and games are essential in a student’s life:

Be it a student or an adult. Sports can save lives, and give students a second chance at turning their life around to become a better person. Sports are an integral part of human life and there is great importance of sports in all spheres of life.

Look at it this way; At our school premises, we offer a wide range of sports activities to cater to the diverse interests of our scholars. It can be best described by the following characteristics:

Being involved in the sports. Sports are a great way for students to get exercise. Whoever said these words certainly understood why sports education is important.

Some students might also realize their strengths in sports management or sports medicine as a result of school athletics. Playing sport often means being part of a team and this allows for building skills in a whole range of areas. Sports are a crucial part of a student’s growth and development.

Students learn valuable skills playing esports in school. Sports open the mind of students to being susceptible to new ideas. The enhancement of physical and mental development of children is certainly the most important contribution of sports for children.

Importance of sports in life cannot be ignored. Some people play sports for money and fame, but i think the true meaning is to have fun. Involvement in sports causes problems for kids mainly when it becomes too much of a good thing. when sports participation is prioritized as more important than learning by either parent, or when children spend too much of their time watching sports on tv, little time is left to develop academic competence or other interests.

As well as learning all of the techniques involved in the sport, children can also develop their life skills. Good health and peaceful mind are two most important benefits of the sports. That will make our body become more active and healthier.

Sports are more important than studies; Sports gave me a positive attitude where i see falling as a way to learn how to pick myself up. Students are youth of the country and they can be more benefited by the sports activities.

D ue to its vast reach, unparalleled popularity and foundation of positive values, sport is definitely one of the greatest things man has ever created. This is because everytime sweat go out from our body by playing sports or physical activities it will throw away toxic from our body. Sports provide mental and physical therapy for learners and rejuvenate them in these parameters so that they can be in the best mental and physical position to be educated.

The positive points to encourage sports activities in schools are: It’s become a part of them, and they’re more than willing to own up to it and tell you all about it. Team sports teach valuable skills.

Sports and athletics are giving the students a platform for creativity. Many parents encourage their children to participate in a team sport for just this reason. The importance of sports are improve body’s health, strengthen social skill and improve students mental strength.

During the 2010 to 2011 academic year, 55 percent of all high school students participated in sports. In fact, playing sports helps students relax and reduce their anxiety. They can be more disciplined, healthy, active, punctual and can easily cope with any difficult situation in their personal and professional life.
